Privacy policy

When you send an enquiry, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, business name, what you need, budget, timeline and message.

We also use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not identify you.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is being sent by a person. To do that, it looks at basic signals from your browser and device.

We use your details only to read your enquiry, reply to it and talk about your project. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell or share your details for marketing.

This site is hosted on Vercel, which also processes the form when you send it.

Resend delivers your enquiry to our inbox by email.

Cloudflare runs the Turnstile check on the form.

Your enquiry then sits in our email inbox. TODO(owner): name the email provider.

If you're in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, and to raise a grievance with us.

If you're in the European Union or the UK, the GDPR gives you similar rights: access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
